Synthesis Method
Method 1
2-Methyl-1-butene and 2-methyl-2-butene are added with hydrogen chloride to generate chloro-tert-pentane.
Then it reacts with formaldehyde in an acidic solution to generate pinacol, and chlorine is passed through in the presence of a solvent to obtain 1-chloro-3,3-dimethyl-butan-2-one.
Method 2
1) Add pinacolone-methanol solution into the reactor, turn on the stirring and cooling system, and reduce the temperature of the pinacolone-methanol solution in the reactor to below 0°C.
2) Turn on the circulation pump to circulate the pinacolone-methanol solution from the circulating outlet to the feed inlet of the reactor repeatedly, and set a chlorine adding device and a circulating cooling device on the circulating pipeline. The chlorine adding device passes chlorine into the circulating mother liquor of the reactor, and circulates repeatedly until the reaction is completed to obtain the reaction mother liquor.
3) The reaction mother liquor obtained in step 2 is sent to the desolventizing kettle for heating to desolventize methanol, and the recovered methanol is sent to the raw material pipeline for reuse. After desolventizing, the obtained feed liquid is cooled to obtain 2-butanone, 1-chloro-3,3-dimethyl-.
